Our Story

Hey there awesome humans! I am Fufu and I am here to narrate the story of my favourite brand- See Sow. 
When the whole world was struck by the deadly pandemic of Covid-19, people were locked in their homes, offices were closed and schools were shut. The pandemic brought with itself a complex array of challenges which had mental health repercussions for everyone, especially children and adolescents. Kids started losing the essence of their childhood being stuck inside their own homes, with barely any social interaction and exposure with almost nil outdoor activity.

Being around little cousins, nieces and nephews, our founders observed this saddening situation. They discussed this common sight and during the same conversation, came the observations of ill effects on skin because of chemicals used on clothes. The inclusion of violent or mindless imagery on kids' clothes that a child wears almost the entire day, gradually impacts the behavior. 
This realization fueled our founders; 3 Textile Designers from (NIFT) National Institute Of Fashion Technology.
They got together with their varied work experience, knowledge and skills to create something for kids that bridges the gap of consciousness and clothing.




Their in-depth research, ideation and prototype was successfully incubated and funded by National Design Business Incubator (NDBI); an incubation center of National Institute of Design. And now after two years, they bring to you, a one of a kind concept in interactive clothing for a mindful childhood- See Sow.
